Formica Ventures particpate in a investment round in the US-based Sierra Energy Corporation that is turning landfill waste into energy. The round was led by Breakthrough Energy Ventures.

Formica has completed its first strategic investment through the aquisition of a leading Digital Consultancy firm in the Nordics, Cybercom. Cybercom has its focus in Digital Sustainability, Cloud and IT-security services. Digitalization is an unquestioned enabler for more efficient use of our resources and a sustainable future. In its sustainability focus, Cybercom led the "Fossil Free Sweden Initiative" for the Digitalization sector.
